The 3Cs stand for Character, Competence and Content. The 3Cs form the framework of the entire curriculum. The curriculum is learner centric and child-friendly ensuring that children learn for the love of learning.

Character: Confidence, vivacity and cheerfulness are the most important traits within and can be developed by MDN Future Schools by being generous with praise. Content: The knowledge in 3C is not gained through books only, it is also gained through the process where research which plays a key role in the development of the children. 3C encompasses a range of Trans-disciplinary themes with the common thread of 'What I Know', 'What I want to know', 'How do I learn' and 'What I learnt' to ensure children become reflective, and learning becomes insightful. Some of the important key elements of 3C are that besides academic achievements, sports and performing arts form an integral part of the curriculum. These enables the children to self regulate their emotions and de-stress to learn about personal rights and honoring their own perceptions and increasing positive self talk, goal setting and responsibilities. It also enables the children to develop the habit of inculcating a hobby. That not only are assessments and evaluations a part of the whole process and not an event- this enables the children to take tests and exams in their stride and not be stressed about it! Real life experiences like field trips, education tours and such experiences help children acquire better understanding of the world and its ways such that the global perspective also forms a part of the children's developmental process.
